Peace is a fabulous thing for us to have. It means love and faith, and unity. Peace dislikes selfishness, and is rightful in many ways. Peace comes from the bottom of our heart, and is forever loving, and cares for others. In my opinion, God made everyone to have peace in their hearts, even if one has a heart filled with sins. Peace is a good thing to have, and I hope your heart is filled with peace- to give you all the happy days in your life!

Peace is a wonderful thing. It means that all the countries and people live in harmony. It would be great if there is no war!  Won't it?  And that's precisely what Peace will bring. Joy, love, Peace dislikes selfishness but likes faith and honesty. Peace means a lot to ME!

Hi!, I'm learning English and I think this is a very nice way to practice it. By this days my country is having very big troubles, everybody is fighting and they don't think in us: the children.

I would like to live in peace again, because my country is a peaceful place but now we are having war in the streets. I hope somebody can read this and send lots of love thougts to the venezuelan people.

Ver a los ninos felices jugando futbol y a las ninas brincando la cuerda.  Estar en el pasto acostada dandole forma a las nuves, estar en la alberca nadando y al mismo tiempo cantando canciones para no aburrirme.  Ver a las personas en el estadio de futbol echandole porras a el equipo que ellos quieren que gane.  Escuchar las olas de le mar y a las gaviotas volando sobre el.  Imaginar que voy esquiando una gran montana y llegar hasta abajo queriendo subir otra vez.  Ah, y estar escribiendo este poema tambien es paz para mi!!!!!!!

Peace is like rain falling on the trees.
It's that time after a fight that you know everything will be all right. It's watching TV with your best friend, just vegging out. It's seeing the news and knowing you can watch without cringing at everything. It's going into the street and waving at you r neighbors, being able to leave really little ones in the front yard under the watchful eyes of the entire street. It's not having to lock up your bike, or your car. It's being able to be who you want without being afraid. It's an emotion, and one of the purest there is. I wish for peace for the entire world.

If I were a mayor, I would bring peace to all my people. I would have new buildings built, and reduce the prices of them, to help the poor live in a good house for once. I would conduct responsibility, and lead my citizens. To stop them from leading unhealthy lives, I would advise them to not smoke and live a drug-free life. Those are causes of unhealthy men, and I do not wish to have all my people be unhappy and tortured, all because they were tempted to try drugs. However, I will not insist if they are hooked on the desicion of taking drugs. To convince them, I would write a book about the disadvantages of smoking. I therefore hope that it would be succesful.
I would build a orphanage which would be in very good condition,and orphans would live there while trying to forget their grief. they would be fed with good food, and provided with plenty of lovely facilities. there would be nurses to take care of them,and treat each child with tender loving care. Living there, I would recommend that it would be suitable for orphans to stay.
I would also encourage the people to make the enviroment clean. They should throw litter into dustbins, and not into the drain as people would do nowadays. The people may be too lazy to walk to a dustbin that is far away. In that case, I would conduct a lot of exercise classes so that if the dustbin is a long walk away, they would still be prepared. It is wrong to throw litter into the drain as it would cause pollution. think of the poor fishes! Thus, it would save the environment so much if everyone would be helpful enough to throw rubbish into dustbins.
Last but not least, I would be a responsible and rightful leader, and lead my people into the right path. This is all that I will do if I were a mayor. What do you think?

PEACE- it is a littel emotion, saying or a word for death. Some times peopel say rest in "PEACE. Some time saying "PEACE" on earth. even saying "as if saying hi or what's up. there are many ways of saying "PEACE". AND IT IS NOT ONLY FOR DEATH BUT OTHER THINGS. PEACE- it is like if 1 of your friends died peopel would say peace. Sometimes you can say peace to any body that you know. Say it can be cool but to the army thay say it is not cool. Peace is a sunny day no worries while the sun bathes and corresses you on a sandy beach. Beliving in something having faith and your worries will go away with the midnight mist. I belive that peace controls the frays you have with your siblings. Peace says to me you can do better next time or congratulations! Peace is my consience when I think of saying anything or doing anything wrong peace puts a burden on my back. I belive peace is the pollution of New York that's is like saying that is the breath we breath that freezes our consiences every day.

As sit here and write about peace, think of all the wars and the past between our world. I hope that someday, everyone will live in harmony and not judge people by the color of their skin, and really care about who that person is. Peace. To some people peace means what the world isn't, what heaven is, what we want our world to be. But what would the world be like if everything was peaceful? It would be different! Too different! I mean in everyday life we wish we could change the fact that Brian teases us, or Jessica won't quit pulling our hair,(example only - don't take offence at that if your name is Brian or Jessica) what if Jessica all of a sudden quit it, or Brian stopped. It would be different and, it's the truth, you'd miss the old Jessica or Brian. So, though the world would be a lot better place if it was peaceful, we'd miss the old world too much.

I'm doing a project about Gun Violence & I have found a lot of of facts that you won't beleive. I was amaized when I read that at least 200 kids die every year. Also since a lot of people are having babies & I actually think it's no use of having babies because then they will die & won't have a happy life. I wish that guns weren't invented because then people would last longer & so would world. I think that with guns thre world will end faster. I have always hated ever since I was old enough to know what a gun was. Some people in my family have been threatened by people with guns on the street. I know that some people carry guns for protection but some people use it for killing people. It hink that people with guns should be careful because ages 2-3 can fire handguns & 4-5 can fire all of the 64 handguns sold in this country. Also you should be careful because your child could find the gun & accidently shoot you. I think that the government should do something.

 To me, peace means equality between two or larger number of persons. Peace should be the basic most important form of behaviour in the world. I have Gotten into fights with my friends, and I can tell you too that in fighting, everybody loses. When somebody makes peace, he is doing something akin to God's own words about a perfect world in which to live in. These days war and unequality has spread everywhere. Thousands of innocent people are killed in useless fighting when they have the right to make peace among themselves. So, my friends on the web, remember, when you fight, both of you lose, if you make peace, everybody wins so everybody can be equaly happy at the same time.
